About Arne

Arne is an experienced leader, coach, trainer, facilitator and organisational consultant.

With over 25 years experience in a wide range of work environments, Arne has deep expertise in organisational transformation and digital product development, and has worked in a diverse range of domains: eMobility, international logistics, retail, media, telecommunication, the military, and offshore sailing crews.

Arne lives in Haarlem, The Netherlands, together with his wife and two daughters.

Background

The common thread throughout my career has been supporting people, teams and organisations in their development, so they can create meaningful impact.

I bring 25 years of experience working with diverse organisations, ranging from international corporates to SME's to scale-ups, as well as government, non-profits and the military.

Roles I have fulfilled include head of people & operations, program manager digital transformation, agile transformation coach, team coach, executive coach, product owner and consultant for (systemic) organisational change.

Tai Chi & Somatic Coaching

I am a Tai Chi assistant-teacher and Somatic Coach (embodied leadership coaching). I provide Somatic Coaching for individuals, and Tai Chi workshops for busy professionals and teams to cultivate balance, focus and vitality, and prevention of burn-out.
